1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing info@techoma.io before the service or development work has started.

Once the service has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for services that have already been started or delivered.

If a cancellation request is approved before the commencement of work, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and consultation charges.

All approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Services

All customized software, ERP solutions, mobile apps, and web development projects are non-refundable once work has started.

Any third-party service charges (hosting, domain, licenses) are non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Disputes and Resolution

In case of a dispute, Techoma will review the service agreement and project status to provide a fair resolution. Decisions made by Techoma will be final.
